What is Autek?

The Guild of Automation technology, Autek in brief, is a student association for automation engineering students at Tampere University of Technology (TUT).

The guild's purpose is to look after interests of automation engineering students. For this purpose Autek arranges excursions, provides lecture materials, maintains exam archive in the web, arranges parties and sauna evenings and publishes journal Taukki.

Most famous annual events are Junttarit during Wappu & 24H in March.

Autek's guild room in Sähkötalo (SC102) has two computers and an exam archive. It's also the best place to hang out and have a cup of coffee (50cnt/cup, or 7e for the whole semester), for example.

The annual membership fee is 4,20e
